  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 1 large egg

  4. Cut the sandwich into quarters
  5. Place toothpicks in each quarter of the sandwich to hold it together
  6. Dip each quarter into the batter using your hands or tongs and set each quarter into the air fryer tray until full
  7. Preheat the air fryer to 380° F
  8. Cook the sandwiches for 8 minutes
  9. Remove the sandwiches, let them cool slightly, and sprinkle with powdered sugar
  10. Dip into blackberry jam or jam of your choice and enjoy!
